In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud and unauthorised purchases, an order may be placed on hold if our security systems are unable to verify the authenticity of your order.
Verification is then needed to protect against unauthorised use of your Credit Card and is similar to what is conducted for in-store purchases.
If we notify you that your order is On Hold, we will request a 4 letter code from you to confirm that you are the card holder.
Please check your bank statement (online is easiest) and find your transaction from 'The Gamesmen'. View the transaction details, and there will be a 4 letter code directly after 'The Gamesmen'.
Please reply to your verification request email, or call our Customer Service team on 02 9580 9888 (Press 2) with the verification code as soon as possible so your order can be processed.
