When refunding an eBay order, PayPal sends a notification that The Gamesmen is refunding you. This notification is sent to the email address on the eBay order and addressed to the name provided on the delivery address.
This notification is sent by PayPal on our behalf, the payment will be refunded to your Afterpay account and a follow-up notification will be sent by Afterpay that reflects this.
Refunds may take 2-3 business days to process.
