Tracking numbers are generated whilst we are packing, but tracking information may not be appear immediately.
It is expected that the tracking information will not appear until after 7:00pm once the item has been collected by Australia Post or Courier Service.
In some instances, tracking numbers may be provided for pre-ordered items several days before the items are due to be sent, as such the tracking information may not be available until the items leave our warehouse.
If you are still not seeing tracking information on the following day after you received your tracking number and you believe that this is incorrect, please contact us by replying to your order confirmation and we will assist you.
