Our team will always do their best to accommodate customer requests, however, we are unable to adjust or add items to an order once it has been placed. This is due to a number of discrepancies and errors that may arise when our team bypass the system and manually adjust an order.
We can cancel an existing order so that it can be re-placed with the correct items, or you are welcome to return any unwanted items for a refund once you have received it, provided they are returned in the same condition as they were received.
