The first step here is to check your order tracking details to see if the parcel has been scanned as delivered by your parcels carrier.
If the parcel has yet to be scanned as delivered, the relevant delivery provider should be able to provide some insight via the tracking parcel. Perhaps the parcel is still in transit or being transferred amongst facilities.
If the parcel has been scanned as delivered, generally speaking the best recourse is to check all common drop points such as porches, letter boxes, etc. for the parcel or a sign of attempted delivery. If you've not already done so, this is a great first step.
Beyond that, there are many reasons as to why parcels haven't shown up yet, such as incorrect mail redirection or an address issue.
