Our team will always do their best to cancel an order for you, however we may not always be able to.
If our warehouse team have started to prepare your parcel for dispatch, or your order has already been packed, unfortunately we will be unable to retrieve the parcel to process a cancellation or adjustment.
If your order was placed recently and our team have yet to organise your parcel, in most cases we will be able to intercept the order and process a cancellation.
