We do accept change of mind refunds, provided the item is unopened, unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Once a product is opened or used, we are not able to offer refunds on the basis of change of mind.
All change of mind returns must be accompanied with a proof of purchase and sealed in their original packaging, unused, unopened and in brand new resalable condition within 30 days of the product being collected in store or dispatched from our store for delivered orders.

Requesting a Return
Please reach out to us before sending back an item. You can contact us via our Online Form, via an email to sales@gamesmen.com.au or phone on 02 9580 9888 (press 2 for Online orders) for a return authorisation. Once your return has been authorised, simply attach a copy of our returns form and post it to the returns address.
