Once you place an order and select collect in-store, that order joins a queue of orders to be picked by our in-store staff.
Once prepared for collection, you will receive an email and an SMS text message notification from our staff indicating that your order is ready for collection.
Your order will be held aside for 7 days from when you receive your collection notification. If you would like to have this collection period extended, please give us a call on 02 9580 9888 (Press 1 to speak to the store).
