Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant / Add-on throttle, flaps, air brake axes are not working properly
Updated
Products:
Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant and/or Add-on (includes Airbus Editions)
Symptoms:
One or more of the Throttles/Speed brake (air brake)/flaps axes does not smoothly move from 0 to 100% in-game or in the Windows 'Set up USB Game controllers' control panel
The detents on the throttles are not calibrated correctly
Causes:
One or more of the analogue axes are incorrectly calibrated. Slight misalignments are normal out of the box, which is why these controllers have a built-in hardware level calibration function.
Solutions:
Recalibrate all analogue axes using the following instructions from the manufacturer (Thrustmaster)
IMPORTANT: If you have the add-on connected during the calibration then you must move all 4 axes (2x throttle, speed brake & flaps) during the calibration process - not just the two throttle axes (the PDF & video does not make this clear as the add-on is not connected in these examples)
