Update the system software to resolve this issue.
If you have access to Wi-Fi, a PC, or a PS3™® With an Internet connection, please take the SIM card out of Vita system. Then restart the Vita system and update the system software by Wi-Fi, PC, or PS3™. Turn OFF the system after the update and insert the SIM.
